1. The service

Renaissance Mail Connect ("the app") is an internal tool operated by Renaissance Growth. It connects Google Workspace mailboxes owned and administered by Renaissance Growth to its email sending platform.

2. Who may use it

Only mailboxes owned by Renaissance Growth, authorized by its staff or contractors, may use the app. No one else is permitted to sign in.

3. Acceptable use

Mailboxes connected through the app must follow Google's terms and policies and all laws that apply to commercial email, including the CAN-SPAM Act. The app may not be used to send unlawful or deceptive messages.

4. Access and removal

Access can be revoked at any time from the Google account or by the Workspace administrator. We may disconnect any mailbox at any time.

5. No warranty

The app is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Renaissance Growth is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from its use.

6. Privacy

Our handling of data is described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
